We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned:

• In their original condition
• Unused
• In their original packaging

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned item.

For exchanges, once the returned item has been received and checked, a store credit will be issued. You may then use this store credit to place a new order for your replacement item.
