We are sorry to hear that your order contains an incorrect item or that an item is missing.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may review your request. Kindly include the following documentation:
- A photo of the item received
- A photo of the visible barcode
- A photo of the contents of your parcel
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will be pleased to offer you either a replacement or a store credit.
