<h2 id="isPasted"> Our Signature Fabrics</h2>Atelier Choux fabrics are developed with the same care and attention to detail as each of our illustrations. Created exclusively for our Maison by our eco-certified partner factory in France, our organic cotton blend is designed to offer exceptional softness, breathability and absorbency, while providing the perfect canvas for our signature prints.This exclusive fabric is used across our carr&#xE9;s, bibs, fitted sheets and cushion covers, bringing a touch of everyday elegance to life with little ones. Our carr&#xE9;s are crafted from certified GOTS organic cotton, ensuring that the cotton is grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Organic cotton fibers are naturally soft, gentle and well suited to delicate skin. During production, the thickness of each thread is carefully developed according to Atelier Choux specifications, in order to achieve the ideal balance between softness, comfort and durability.Once woven, the fabric is constructed in two layers of the same cotton, woven together to create the distinctive double-layer finish of our carr&#xE9;s. The fabric is then tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I requirements, the strictest category designed for baby products, certifying that it is free from harmful substances.Printing is the final step. It is carried out at a nearby specialist facility using ecological methods. Our water-based, baby-safe inks are applied to the double-layer fabric and set through an air-drying process. While our inks are gentle and water-based, they are also designed to preserve the beauty of the prints over time, even with regular washing.The result is an ultra-soft, gentle, absorbent everyday essential that is created to accompany family life; in accordance with our ambition to unite art, artisanship and everyday elegance. <hr style="text-align: justify;"> <h2 id="protect-your-childs-delicate-skin">Protect your child&apos;s delicate skin</h2>As parents of our own petits choux, we are especially attentive to the materials used in every Atelier Choux creation.A baby&#x2019;s skin is 5 times thinner than an adult&#x2019;s and therefore more absorbent. For this reason, we begin with a pure organic cotton canvas, one that has never been in contact with pesticides or harmful chemicals.The chemicals generally used in fabric manufacturing (from bleaching to dyeing and finishing, etc.) are housed in the heart of the fabric&#x2019;s fiber but are never mentioned on the labels. In addition, regulations and controls regarding these chemicals can vary greatly depending on their country of production.&#xA0;Atelier Choux works directly with its France-based partner factories, which operate according to the highest European standards and offer an exceptional level of transparency. This ensures that our petit-choux and yours alike are perfectly safe and comfortable on and in our products.

Each piece reflects the expertise of a network of more than 250 skilled artisans, including fabric engineers, printers and seamstresses, all contributing to the precision, softness and beauty of the final creation.For our carr&#xE9;s, bibs, fitted sheets and cushion covers, we use GOTS-certified organic cotton, certified by Ecocert according to the Global Organic Textile Standard. This ensures traceability and responsible practices from raw material to finished product. The certification guarantees that the cotton is grown without harmful chemicals and processed according to strict environmental and social criteria at every stage, from spinning and weaving to washing, finishing and drying.Organic cotton offers a naturally soft, durable and gentle fiber, particularly suited to sensitive skin. Compared with conventional cotton, it is grown without aggressive chemical treatments and with greater respect for both the environment and the people who cultivate it.All our fabrics are tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I, the strictest category designed for babies and young children, certifying the absence of substances that may be harmful.Our prints are created using water-based inks, chosen for their safety and high-quality rendering.Finally, our packaging is fully recyclable, in keeping with our commitment to thoughtful, responsible production from beginning to end.
