What should I do if my item arrives damaged?Updated 9 hours ago

We are sorry to hear you received a damaged or defective item.

Each Atelier Choux creation is carefully inspected throughout the different stages of production to ensure it meets our quality standards.

As our pieces are crafted in small batches through an artisanal process, slight variations may naturally occur. These subtle differences are part of the unique character of each creation and do not affect its quality or functionality.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery here and provide the following documentation to allow us to review your request :

  • clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • photos of the package
  • photos of the shipping label
  • photos of the the barcode visible

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer you a replacement or a store credit.
