Atelier Choux offers worldwide delivery with UPS, including throughout France. Complimentary international shipping is available on all orders over $180 / €150.

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched from Paris.

Delivery times

Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local conditions.

The delivery estimates provided are based on standard UPS timelines and do not include the time required to prepare and process your order. While Atelier Choux makes every effort to ensure a seamless delivery experience, shipping fees cannot be reimbursed in the event of delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery destination as well as the weight and volume of your order. For your convenience, you may preview the applicable shipping cost directly from your cart by selecting your country of delivery.

Complimentary delivery may be offered on orders over $180 / €150, depending on the destination and the items included in your order. Please note that certain products, including items shipped separately, may be excluded from complimentary shipping offers. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Kindly note that art prints are shipped separately by our dedicated printing partner and may therefore arrive in a separate parcel from the rest of your Atelier Choux order.

International Shipping Outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Should customs duties or import taxes remain unpaid, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.

In this case, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping costs, any applicable return shipping fees and customs fees, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Information

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey at any time.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, UPS may make additional delivery attempts or provide further instructions regarding the collection or redelivery of your parcel.

If the parcel cannot be delivered, it may be returned to Atelier Choux.

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we kindly invite you to verify that all details are complete and accurate before confirming your order.

Please note that Atelier Choux is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties, it may be returned to Atelier Choux.

In such cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional shipping fees may apply should you wish for the order to be reshipped.

Upon receipt, we recommend inspecting your parcel in the presence of the courier.

Should the packaging or product appear damaged, we kindly invite you to note this on the delivery slip or refuse the parcel. This documentation will allow our team to assist you with a refund or exchange, where applicable.
