Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you wish to return your order. If this 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.

Once your return request has been submitted, you will have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Returned items must be:

• In their original condition
• Unused
• Returned in their original packaging

Please note that returns sent after the required timeframe, or items returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, may not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return process

If you wish to return an item because it is not suitable or you would like to request an exchange, you may send it back using the shipping method of your choice to the following address:

Once your return has been received and the item has been checked to ensure it is in its original condition, we will proceed with your refund.

For exchanges, once the returned item has been received and checked, a store credit will be issued. You may then use this store credit to place a new order for your replacement item.

Refund process

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Please note that this timeframe may be extended if we have not yet received the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the item shows signs of use or is no longer in its original condition, a deduction may be applied to reflect any loss in value.

Returns for items purchased in store

Items purchased from our Paris boutiques may be returned or exchanged directly at our boutiques located at 3 Rue Hautefeuille or 82 Rue de Grenelle.

Please note that items purchased from Galeries Lafayette or from one of our retail partners must be returned or exchanged directly at the original place of purchase.
