Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We recommend keeping your return tracking number until your refund has been completed.
