Atelier Choux takes the greatest care to ensure that every order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

You may follow the status of your parcel at any time using the tracking link provided by email once your order has been dispatched.


If you notice that your tracking information is no longer updating and believe your parcel may be lost, we kindly invite you to contact us with your order number and any relevant details. Our team will review the situation with care and get back to you with an appropriate solution.

If your order has not been delivered, our team will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 21 business days for the investigation to be completed. Once we receive an update from the carrier, we will get back to you with the appropriate next steps.

If the parcel is located during the investigation, it will be redirected to your delivery address.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost at the end of the investigation, Atelier Choux will offer an appropriate solution:

    • A replacement order will be shipped to you at no additional cost if all items are still available
    • Alternatively, your order may be refunded.


In certain cases, Atelier Choux may cancel the order and issue a refund if delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts.

This may occur due to carrier-related issues, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or other circumstances beyond our control.
