For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply.

Most Atelier Choux products are made in Europe, however customs fees are determined by the destination country’s regulations.

These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be requested by the carrier before delivery.

Should these fees remain unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.

Please note that we are unable to estimate these charges in advance, as they are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.
