Orders may only be cancelled before they enter the preparation stage.

Please contact our team as soon as possible with your cancellation request, including your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If cancellation is still possible, you will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.

If your order has already shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it. You may request a return in accordance with our return policy.
